Coconut bowls are perfect to serve up your breakfast and make meal times fun! Whether it's fruit salad, smoothie bowls, granola or cereal, everything tastes better in a coconut bowl!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen açai
- 5 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup soy or oat mylk
- Life of Coco coconut bowl
- Life of Coco reusable wooden spoon
Method:
- Blend frozen banana, raspberries, açai, dates, vanilla protein powder and your choice of mylk until smooth!
- Pour into your Life of Coco coconut bowl and top with the best stuff! We used granola, hemp seeds, dark roasted crunchy peanut butter, shredded coconut, fresh banana and fresh kiwi.
- Serve and enjoy the taste of summer!
