1. Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

1.2. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are eligible to enter.

1.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who:

Provides false, incomplete or misleading information
Uses automated or bulk entry methods (bots, scripts, etc.)
Submits multiple entries (only one entry per person is permitted)
Violates these Terms & Conditions or Instagram's Terms of Service

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter the giveaway, you must:

Follow @lifeofcoco on Instagram and/or like Life of Coco's Facebook page
Complete the entry form on our giveaway landing page: https://lifeofcoco.com.au/pages/2025-giveaways
Provide your name and email address when submitting the form
Consent to recieving our emails

2.2. One entry per person only. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

2.3. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.4. By entering, you consent to:

Being added to the Life of Coco email list for marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Your personal information being collected, used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy: www.lifeofcoco.com.au/pages/privacy-policy

2.5. Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEDT on Friday, December 12, 2025. Any entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. The Prize

3.1. There are six (6) prizes to be won:

1 x First Prize: $500 Life of Coco gift voucher
5 x Runner-Up Prizes: $100 Life of Coco gift vouchers each

3.2. Total prize pool value: $1,000 AUD

3.3. Voucher terms:

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
Vouchers can be used on any products at www.lifeofcoco.com.au
Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions and sales
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
Vouchers will be delivered electronically via email within 7 days of the draw

3.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners will be notified of any substitution.

3.5. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1. Draw date and time: Monday, December 15, 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT

4.2. Draw method: Winners will be selected at random using an online random name picker tool (e.g., random.org or similar).

4.3. Draw location: Virtual (online)

4.4. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or an authorized representative.

4.5. Winner notification:

Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw
Winners' first names and Instagram/Facebook usernames (if applicable) will be published on Life of Coco's Instagram feed (@lifeofcoco.aus) and Facebook page within 7 days of the draw
Winner announcement will remain visible for a minimum of 30 days

4.6. Claim period: Winners have 14 days from the date of email notification to respond and claim their prize.

4.7. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, or provides invalid contact information, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, the prize will be forfeited and a re-draw will take place to select a new winner.

4.8. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

5.1. By entering this giveaway, you consent to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing your personal information (name, email address, Instagram handle) for the purposes of:

Administering and conducting the giveaway
Selecting and notifying winners
Publishing winners' names
Adding you to the Life of Coco email list for marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)

5.3. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting hello@lifeofcoco.com.au.

6. Instagram and Social Media Disclaimer

6.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6.2. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability related to this promotion.

6.3. All entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

6.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues, errors or technical problems with Instagram or social media platforms that may affect entry or participation.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this promotion or any prize.

7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for:

Lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries
Technical issues, internet outages or email delivery failures
Unauthorized access to or tampering with entries
Any errors in the conduct of the promotion or the selection of winners

7.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

8. General Terms

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to:

Verify the eligibility and identity of any entrant or winner (e.g., by requesting proof of age, residency or identity)
Disqualify any entrant or winner who breaches these Terms & Conditions, provides false information or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct
Modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary (e.g., technical issues, fraud, legal reasons). If the promotion is canceled, the Promoter will notify entrants via Instagram and/or email.

8.2. All entries and materials submitted become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

8.3. By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your name, Instagram handle and any submitted content (e.g., photos, videos, comments) for promotional and marketing purposes.

8.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

8.5. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
